It is a much better value than I had expected.I am using it on a DCR sr82 Sony. This thing will tuen a pitch black room into a completely lit room using the Night Shot function on my Sony. Don't forget to charge it right out of the box before using the first time. Takes about 2 hours. I have to say that it works wonders, even thou the HDR-CX560V has it own ir light, it could only see about 10 to 15 feet which is not bad, but with the Professional Rechargeable Night Vision LED IR Camera Light, it bright up the room like crazy, i was able to see everything, a good 30+ feet, I'm very happy with this product, so I say again this works with the sony HDR-CX560V, if any one was worry like how i was.
